Take ground beef----1lb
add one small size onion bulb
add 2 small spoon of garlic paste
add 1 spoon of ginger
add 2 spoon of corn flour
add salt to taste
add chilli powder to taste
add 4 spoons of yogurt
Grind the whole mixture in a mixer. Make small balls by rolling in both hands and then press them to
be flat (like cookies). Now put them on grill with vegetable oil on both sides, applied with brush
when these are brown, with no water dripping out you are ready to serve with sauce or ketchup.
